The competition was organized by the Joensuu Junior Chamber in cooperation with the Eastern Finland Vitality Centre's Wink – Work in North Karelia project. Members of the public were invited to nominate companies demonstrating exemplary practices in recruiting and supporting international employees. From the nominated companies, Kotileipomo Sorsa was selected as the winner in the Small Business category.
For us, internationality is more than recruitment. It is an integral part of our everyday work and one of the greatest strengths of our workplace. We believe that different backgrounds, languages, and experiences enrich our team, inspire new ideas, and help us grow together every day.
