We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create our seasonal treats.
Summer also brings the best seasonal flavours to our bakery. Alongside our traditional Karelian pastries, we bake delicious seasonal specialties, including sweet rhubarb and strawberry pie as well as savoury nettle pie.
We grow our own rhubarb and harvest it fresh from our garden. The strawberries used in our pies are Finnish, and the nettles for our nettle pie are hand-picked from the pristine nature of Liperi. We are committed to using as many locally grown and naturally sourced ingredients as possible, bringing their authentic flavours to our customers.
