Karelian Pies
We handcraft traditional Karelian pies in standard size (approximately 12 cm). Our selection includes both fresh and raw frozen pies. The crust is made from authentic rye, and the fillings come in rice, potato, or barley. Rice-filled Karelian pies are also available lactose-free and vegan.
We offer Karelian pies as raw frozen products in bulk packages for baking stations (250 pcs/box) and in consumer frozen packs of 12 pcs: rice, potato, barley, lactose-free rice, and vegan rice.
Baking instructions for raw frozen pies: Place the frozen Karelian pies on a greased baking tray and bake in the oven at 250–300°C for about 15–25 minutes. The pies are done when the surface is crispy. Brush immediately with melted butter.
